DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded electronically between the Seller whose details appear below and the Buyer.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website www.kktcelldereboyu.com (the "Website").
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Written notice must be given to the Seller in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
4. DELIVERY TERMS
4.1. The Seller shall deliver to the Buyer within 1-3 business days at the latest after confirming the order.
4.2. Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer. If delivery fails because the Buyer provided incorrect information, the responsibility lies with the Buyer.
5. RETURN CONDITIONS
5.1. For return transactions, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and complete.
5.2. For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost shall be borne by the Seller.
6. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the legislation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC); the competent consumer authorities and the courts of the TRNC have jurisdiction.
7. ENTRY INTO FORCE
By placing an order through www.kktcelldereboyu.com, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this Agreement. The Agreement enters into force upon completion of the order.
