The Osmo Action 5 Pro features dual high-brightness OLED displays, RockSteady and HorizonSteady stabilization systems, a 40MP sensor, 4 hours of battery life, and a waterproof camera body with an air pressure gauge. Other features include 13.5 stops of dynamic range, 8K photos, subject centering/tracking, OsmoAudio support, RAW image capture, a 155° field of view, 47GB of internal storage, and an SD card slot supporting cards up to 1TB. Wide Dynamic Range High Resolution Video

The camera features a 1/1.3" sensor for recording up to UHD 4K120 video and capturing experiences with dynamic, fluid detail. A super-wide 155° FOV ensures all the action is in the frame. The 10-bit D-Log M color mode provides over a billion colors and a wide 13.5-stop dynamic range for vivid shots. It also features SuperNight mode for high-quality low-light performance.

High-Resolution Photos

For stunning photos, simply press the shutter button and crop easily. Each photo boasts approximately four times the clarity of the previous generation, with a resolution of around 40MP (7294 x 5472) or 8K (16:9).

Clear OLED Touch Screens

The Action 5 Pro offers a larger screen area and smaller bezels on its large 2.5-inch OLED rear touchscreen with 1000 cd/m² brightness. The 1.46-inch front OLED display has 800 cd/m² brightness and is ideal for vlogging and framing selfies, and supports commonly used touch control functions.

There's no longer a need to rotate the camera for parameter adjustments, mode switching, or video playback. The user interface adapts accordingly when the camera is switched between horizontal and vertical orientations. The touchscreens are also sensitive enough to be easily operated with wet hands.

Super Slow Motion Capture

Slow down your action footage with 32x Super Slow Motion. The Action 5 Pro's powerful 4nm chip enables frame-by-frame analysis and 4x frame interpolation for up to 32x slow motion. Shoot at 1080p240 and produce video equivalent to 960fps in post-production.

HorizonSteady, HorizonBalancing, RockSteady

This intelligent stabilization feature helps eliminate camera shake in all directions and even corrects horizontal tilt at any angle in 2.7K60 video. This means that footage can remain horizontally level even with heavy shaking and 360° rotations. You can also enable HorizonBalancing, which corrects horizontal tilt within ±45° and supports recording stable 4K60 videos.

RockSteady 3.0 effectively reduces shake while preserving the dynamic impact of motion, offering a more immersive first-person perspective and supporting video recording up to 4K120.

Efficient Firing Configurations

The Action 5 Pro's magnetic quick-release design allows you to easily change everything when needed. Detach and switch between different mounts and accessories. The horizontal-vertical protective frame allows you to naturally shoot vertical video for social media platforms.

Fast Charging for Long Battery Life

Record continuously for up to four hours with the advanced 1950mAh high-capacity Battery Plus, capable of operating in temperatures as low as -4°F. Fast charging technology allows you to recharge the battery for two hours in just 15 minutes.

Wi-Fi Live Streaming

Stream live directly from your Action 5 Pro using the built-in dual-band Wi-Fi or your phone's hotspot. Connect wherever you want, choose your preferred platform and resolution, and record your footage.

Built-in Voice Interface

Three built-in omnidirectional microphones record accurate and clear audio. Connect the separately sold DJI Mic 2 for a portable, easy-to-mount audio solution with 32-bit floating recording capabilities. The camera can also connect to other external microphones using an optional USB-C to 3.5mm cable.

Waterproof

The camera body is fully submersible up to 65.6', enriching your underwater adventures without the need for additional accessories. With the optional Waterproof Case, it remains waterproof up to a depth of 197'.

Time Code Synchronization

The Action 5 Pro's built-in time code allows you to easily synchronize images across multiple camera shooting scenarios.

Mimo App

When your smartphone connects wirelessly to the Action 5 Pro, the Mimo app lets you preview the camera view and adjust settings. It comes with various editing templates and a One-Tap Edit feature, all without needing to download images during editing to save storage space on your phone. The Mimo app also includes various editing features for action cameras like Sports Dashboard, Vivid Underwater, and InvisiStick.
