The GoPro HERO13 Black captures 5.3K60 video and 27MP photos on your next adventure, with consistent hardware specifications and an expanded accessory ecosystem, including an improved Enduro battery and the option to add HB series lens modes. The 1/1.9" image sensor can easily record 27MP raw photos as well as 5.3K60, 4K120, and 2.7K240 video. HyperSmooth 6.0 digital image stabilization with AutoBoost ensures your footage remains high-quality while reducing image cropping. The HERO13 includes a new 1900mAh Enduro battery for longer runtimes in all-weather conditions and additional power accessories not previously available.

HDR/HLG is enabled for video (5.3K and 4K) and photo modes, allowing you to capture more detail in shadows and highlights. You can achieve crisp details and cinematic image quality with 5.3K60 video or 27MP raw photos. You can even extract 24.7MP frames from your videos using the Quik app. Record 2.7K video at 240 frames per second and play it back in 8x slow motion.

AutoBoost with HyperSmooth 6.0
Enhanced HyperSmooth 6.0 delivers AutoBoost performance that reduces image cropping, so framing remains unaffected. 360° Horizon Lock keeps your shots steady and level, even if your camera rotates completely.

Widescreen, Vertical and Fullscreen Shooting
You can switch between widescreen 16:9, 9:16 portrait, and 8:7 fullscreen aspect ratios for various shooting applications. The fullscreen option captures a 156° FOV, allowing you to create widescreen and portrait shots.

10-Bit Color and Log Encoding
Choose between standard 10-bit video or GP-Log with 10-bit Log encoding for enhanced color depth, smoother tonalities, and reliable color reproduction. Advanced users can utilize GP-Log to obtain greater detail while making necessary image corrections.

HB-Series Lens Compatibility
Customize your shots with HB-series lenses, available for purchase separately. Ultra Wide Lens Mode provides a POV lens for action-packed scenes and landscapes. Macro Lens Mode captures incredible detail in close-ups. Add motion blur to your shots without affecting exposure with neutral density filters. Anamorphic Lens Mode helps you achieve professional-level cinematic shots. When added, the HERO13 automatically detects the lens or filter and adjusts its settings accordingly.

Burst Slo-Mo
The new Burst Slo-Mo captures footage where motion slows down to 13 times its normal speed. Plus, it records 4x slow-motion clips in 5.3K resolution, allowing you to capture details you might have missed in the first shot.

Time Code Synchronization
If you own multiple HERO13 cameras, you can synchronize camera timecodes to facilitate multi-camera editing. This feature is compatible with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and other editing software, thus speeding up post-production.

Bluetooth Audio Connection
Record higher-quality audio by connecting the HERO13 to compatible Bluetooth devices, such as wireless microphones. You can even connect wireless headsets to monitor recorded audio or facilitate voice commands in noisy environments. When the camera receives commands, you can hear alerts through your headset. Easily adjust the sound for a balanced distribution between atmospheric sounds and vocals with the Voice Recording Adjustment feature.

QuikCapture
To quickly launch your HERO13, simply press the shutter button. You can also put your camera into standby mode without completely shutting it down to conserve battery power.

Choose between point-and-shoot simplicity and full camera control. Easy control lets you frame your shot and press the shutter for a single shot resolution. Upload your video wirelessly to the Quik app without needing to use the camera's USB-C connection. GPS automatically captures data that can be graphically added to your video. Ensure more reliable uploads by transferring content to the cloud via WiFi 6. Use the camera's USB-C port for a wired connection or an SD card to transfer content to a computer. Unlimited cloud storage is accessible with a GoPro subscription; simply plug in your camera while connected to your home Wi-Fi.
